The California legislature just wrapped up one of most consequential legislative sessions arguably in state history. Hundreds of bills were sent to the governor for his signature. Senate President Pro Tempore Kevin De Leon (D-Los Angeles) talks with NBC4’s Conan Nolan about some of those bills, including housing, transportation, taxes and the environment.
