Jamie Oliver, host of ABC’s “Food Revolution,” has won his long fought battle with the Los Angeles Unified School District. Oliver has been trying to get schools across the country to eliminate sugary and poorly nutritious foods from their menus. Convincing the LAUSD to make the changes has been a big challenge for Oliver. But now it seems there has been a meeting of the minds. Last night, the Celebrity Chef and the new head of the la school district sat down for an interview with ABC’S Jimmy Kimmel. On the show, LAUSD Superintendent John Deasy, announced that L.A. schools will no longer serve chocolate and strawberry-flavored milk.
