Church Opens Lot to People Sleeping in RVs

Some of the homeless in LA living in cars and RVs are grateful they now have a safe place to sleep. This has to do with a new “Safe parking” site in North Hills. John Cadiz Klemack reports for the NBC4 News at 5 Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2018.
