City Attorney Says LA Should Do Better Job Paying for Pothole Damage

After an I-Team report exposing the city’s attempts to avoid paying pothole claims, when drivers damage their vehicles on poorly maintained city roads, the Los Angeles City Attorney says the pothole claims process needs to be handled more fairly, and that he is open to reviewing some old claims.
