Community Pitches in for Prom Dress Giveaway

For the past three years, Prom Dresses To Give has organized local community members across Los Angeles and neighboring cities to join together to provide hundreds of gently used formal gowns to girls throughout Los Angeles for prom. Kathy Vara reports for NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on Mar. 10, 2019.
