Entire Third Grade Class Surprised With Bikes

Ninety-seven third graders in a Tustin school received free bicycles and helmets Monday. A non-profit that donates bikes to children in need was responsible for putting a smile on the kids’ faces. Vikki Vargas reports for the NBC4 News at 4 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 12, 2016.
