Missing Covina Woman's Family Appeals for Help

Family of a missing Covina grandmother, Tammy Rummel, joined Sheriff’s investigators in appealing to the public for any clues in locating her. Rummel, 49 and retired on disability, was last seen May 20 withdrawing cash from an ATM in the presence of an unknown man family members did not recognize. Hoping to learn his identity and speak with him, Sheriff’s investigators released ATM security camera images of the bearded man wearing a baseball cap with a distinctive logo. Patrick Healy reports for the NBC4 News at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 28, 2016.
