Family, Friends Create Vigil for Slain Cyclist

A man who tried to capture the vehicle responsible for striking his friend during a bicycle ride was killed after the car flung him against a pole. Friends and family of the victim are now seeking the driver responsible for the man’s death. Adrian Arambulo reports for the NBC4 News at 11 on Monday, Aug. 14, 2017.
