Report From the Philippines: Tacloban Ravaged in Typhoon Aftermath

Though the streets are becoming clear enough for cars to pass through, the overwhelming amount of devastation leaves Tacloban ravaged with remnants of Typhoon Haiyan. Witnesses have described watching children being swept into the ocean as the storm hit the Philippines. Gadi Schwartz reports from the Philippines for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, 2013.
