City workers are responding to several reports of flooding around the Southland Monday after an early fall storm dropped water on the region.
Streets were flooded near homes near Encinita Avenue and Roseglen Street in Temple City around 4 p.m.
Aerial footage from NewsChopper4 showed industrious neighbors pulling debris from a drain, allowing the water to recede.
