Foreclosure Crisis All But Over in IE

Hit hard by the recent housing market crash, the Inland Empire is making a comeback. Foreclosures in the area have dropped steeply, a sign of a recovering economy and improved housing market. Jacob Rascon reports from Riverside for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Dec. 12, 2013.
