Fundraiser for 7-Year-Old Who Lost Leg in Hit-Run

A fundraiser just wrapped up in Pacoima for a boy who lost his leg after being hit by a van while walking home from school. Seven-year-old Joshua Casillas and his grandfather were crossing the street last month when two cars crashed at an intersection. Police say the impact forced one of the cars toward them. His grandfather was slightly injured but doctors had to amputate Joshua’s leg. NBC4 reports on Friday June 8 2018.
