Life-Saving Drug for Heroin Overdose Not Widely Available

Nasal Narcan has been used since the 1970s to reverse opiate overdoses and has saved thousands of lives. It’s currently not available at all rehab facilities or halfway houses, but a recently introduced bill would expand access to the drug.
