California Reveals New State-Run Insurance Plans

The future of health care in California was unveiled Thursday, as the state announced a new state-run insurance marketplace. More than 5 million Golden State residents will be able to enroll in the new health care plans. Enrollment begins in October, and different plans will be offered in different parts of the state.
