Nat'l HIV Testing Day; C-Sections Level; New School Nutrition Standards

A new report reveals that the rate of single birth C-sections has leveled off in the past few years. Thursday marks National HIV Testing Day, an annual effort to encourage people to be screened for the virus that causes AIDS.
