A home in Compton was evacuated due a fire early Wednesday morning.
The blaze at the house at 900 North Culver Avenue, which was a converted garage, was reported at around 12:30 a.m. and was knocked down by Downey Fire Department at 12.54 a.m. There were no injuries, but the building is believed to be a complete loss.
