Justin Bieber Accused of Drag Racing, DUI

Pop singer Justin Bieber was arrested early Thursday in Miami on suspicion of drag racing in a rented car, driving under the influence and resisting arrest. Bieber admitted to authorities that he was on prescription medication and had been smoking marijuana. Ted Chen reports for the NBC4 News at Noon on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2014.
