Kid-Friendly New Year's Eve in Irvine

Tens of thousands of people are expected to make their way to Irvine’s Great Park Monday night to ring in the New Year. The celebrations will feature kid-friendly activities like a balloon drop, dancing, and face painting. Vikki Vargas reports from Irvine for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2012.
