Kids Beat the Odds and Graduate in Style

Foster kids made the grade Thursday night when 140 high school students graduated in style at a special ceremony inside the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Downtown Los Angeles. The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services held the 20th annual graduation event and made sure plenty of scholarships were handed out to the best and brightest kids who have worked their way through the system to earn their diplomas.
