One Hospitalized in Shooting on 210 Freeway

Two motorcycle drivers follow a white pickup and shoot the driver in the arm on the westbound 210 Freeway. The two drivers got away, leaving police investigating if both motorcyclists were involved. Toni Guinyard reports for the NBC4 News at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 04, 2016.

Lanes on the westbound 210 Freeway in Sylmar were closed Thursday morning for a shooting investigation.

Two motorcyclists shot at another person in a vehicle, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. One person was hospitalized, but details about the victim's condition were not immediately available. 

The victim was traveling west when rounds entered his vehicle. Authorities did not confirm whether the shooting stemmed from a road rage altercation. 

No arrests were reported.

The freeway reopened at about 6 a.m.
