Local Artist Creates Sculptures to Honor Borderline Victims

A local artist has created sculptures to honor the 12 victims killed in the Borderline shooting. The sculptures were made to reflect their personalities and signed by their loved ones. Kim Tobin reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019.
