4 to Watch: Hilltop Property in Beverly Hills Offers Billion-Dollar Views

There are only a few people in the world with the resources to develop a 157-acre property off Benedict Canyon Drive

What kind of view can be bought for $1 billion? The breath-taking 360-degree kind from a mountaintop overlooking Southern California.

1. Billion-Dollar Views of Los Angeles

A 157-acre plot of land known as "The Mountain" is touted as the finest undeveloped plot of land in Los Angeles. It offers stunning 360-degree views of Southern California, including the distant Santa Catalina Island and well beyond downtown Los Angeles. And, it has a price tag of $1 billion. 3. Dodgers Welcome Hailey Dawson

An 8-year-old girl with a prosthetic hand made by a 3D printer will throw out the ceremonial first pitch Monday night at Dodger Stadium. Hailey Dawson, of Las Vegas, is seeking to throw a first pitch at all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums this season, and she just has a few more to go. Click here to read her story.

4. Stinky Wonder to Bloom at The Huntington

The infamous corpse flower, or Amorphophallus titanum, is blooming at the Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens in San Marino. When its large petals open -- due to happen any day now -- visitors' noses will know.
