Baby Dies and Toddler Thrown From Balcony

A mother jumped from a second story balcony of an Inland Empire building after throwing a baby over the edge and another unresponsive girl found inside the residence later died at the hospital. Patrick Healy reports for the NBC4 News at 4 on Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2019.
