Beverly Hills bans silly string for young people on Halloween

The Beverly Hills City Council unanimously banned the use of shaving cream, silly string and hair removal products for people 21 and younger for 24 hours starting the morning of Halloween. Alex Rozier reports Sept. 21, 2023.
