Police say thieves used a car to ram through the front gate of a Holmby Hills mansion and took off with over $200,000 in cash and jewelry. Toni Guinyard reports for the NBC4 News at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 1, 2019.
Burglars rammed through a wrought-iron gate to steal items from a mansion in Los Angeles' Holmby Hills area.
The break-in was reported at about 9:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Mapleton Drive, near the famed Playboy Mansion. Police received a report of a missing safe and jewelry.
Investigators are checking security camera video, but a description of the burglars and vehicle were not immediately available.
