A classic car worth $100,000 that was stolen from a home in Woodland Hills broke down as thieves were making their getaway.
Seth Wayne said he was about to leave for his birthday dinner Jan. 11 when he noticed the car was missing. Security camera video showed his 1962 Chevy Impala convertible being driven down the road by someone else.
The car, which had been undergoing repairs on the radiator, broke down during the getaway. The man behind the wheel can be heard yelling at the driver of a trailing Toyota Prius, "Push me!"
"They broke down at that point, so they started pushing it with the Prius as you can see in the video," Wayne said.

The theft happened on Thursday along Medina Road. Wayne said he only had the car for a couple weeks.
"I had a lot of cars but that one was definitely special," Wayne said. "Only had it for a couple weeks, bought it on Christmas Eve, so definitely a bummer."
Wayne said the car was customized with a dozen batteries and used for hydraulic hopping.
