Face Covering Enforcement in Burbank

If you live or are planning to visit the City of Burbank, make sure you are wearing a face covering. Starting Friday, Burbank will give tickets to those who don’t use a face mask. Gordon Tokumatsu reports for the NBC4 News on Friday, Oct. 16, 2020.
