Girl Killed by Stray Police Bullet in Store During Confrontation

An assault suspect was fatally shot by police at a North Hollywood clothing store, and a 14-year-old girl was killed by what is believed to have been a stray police bullet that passed through a dressing room wall. Patrick Healy reports for the NBC4 News on Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021.
