How '99 Cents Only Stores' closures affect hunger in LA

Data from the University of Southern California showed that about a million LA County households don’t have enough to eat. The closure of 99 Cent Store locations could make things tougher. Amber Frias reports for the NBC4 News on April 15, 2024.
