LAPD Seeks Help Identifying Driver in Hit and Run

The Los Angeles Police Department is asking for help identifying the driver of a Mini Cooper involved in a hit and run with a bicyclist on Oct. 25. The suspect is in custody but police are unable to confirm his identity as he is not cooperating with authorities.
