LA's Basic Income Program Draws Hundreds of People Seeking Help

A guaranteed basic income program drew hundreds of people in South LA hoping to be part of it. LA’s Big Leap program provides $1,000 dollars a month to people who qualify, for an entire year. Hetty Chang reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on Oct. 29, 2021.
