Ezeoma Obioha, 31, was arrested and charged with Melvin’s murder Friday night, according to LAPD.

Investigators believe Obioha was lying in wait for Melvin, and that she was killed because of a dispute the two had over money, according to Det. John Radke of LAPD’s West Bureau homicide division.
