Most Voters Don't Grasp Affordable Care Act: Poll

A new poll of California voters showed many Americans don’t know what the Affordable Care Act is. Only 15 percent of those polled reported being very knowledgeable, which leaves a big chunk who don’t understand the basics of the law and how it applies.
