Newsom's Gas Relief Proposal Offers Debit Cards for Car Owners, Free Public Transport and More

As part of Gov. Gavin Newsom’s gas relief proposal, car-owners with vehicles registered under their name would get a $400 debit card, eligible for a maximum of two cars. His proposal also stipulates relief plans for public transportation and the sales tax on diesel. Anousha Rasta reports March 23, 2022.
