OC Rescue Mission Gives Kids the Gift of Giving

The Orange County Rescue Mission has one goal and that is to get families back on their feet. Their most recent goal is to have their youngest residents to be able to wrap up a gift to give to someone dear to them. Vikki Vargas reports for the NBC4 News at 4 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 9, 2019.
