Police Investigating Triple Death in Oxnard

Authorities said they have no reason to believe there is a pubilc threat.

Neighbors reported hearing gunshots in the 1200 block of Hull Place, near M Street, where officers arrived to find the bodies of two women, one in her 40s, and the other in her 20s.

About a half hour later, officers responded to the 200 block of South Marquita Street, nearly two miles east of the first scene. There, they found a man in his 50s dead from an apparent gunshot wound.

Police said there is no reason to believe there’s a public threat.
