The Palmdale High School campus was evacuated Friday following a bomb threat that was called in.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the threat was made around 8:30am. The LA County Sheriff's office was investigating.
"They evacuated the children to a safe location on the outside edge of the campus," Sheriff’s Deputy Dan McPherson told the Times.
School officials could not be reached for comment.
