Sheriff's Deputy Helps Pilot Make Emergency Landing

An LA County sheriff’s deputy is being credited with helping the pilot of a small plane make an emergency belly landing at Van Nuys Airport. The deputy was flying his father in another small plane and helped guide the other plane to a safe landing. Ted Chen reports for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on April 28, 2013.
