A driver surrendered after leading CHP officers on a high-speed pursuit on the 101 Freeway. Gadi Schwartz reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on Sunday, May 17, 2015.
A driver was arrested, along with a passenger, after leading California Highway Patrol officers in a high-speed pursuit on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley on Sunday night.
The chase of the blue BMW began in Hollywood with the LAPD in before it was handed over the the CHP.
The driver weaved through traffic on the 101 Freeway before exiting and surrendering on a side street.
It was not immediately clear why the driver was being pursued.
