Police were pursuing a vehicle in the Long Beach area Wednesday afternoon.
The driver led police into Anaheim, parking the car in an apartment complex and running away from the scene. He then began walking down residential streets, surrendering to Anaheim Police Department officers who intercepted him with guns drawn.
Two passengers who also got out of the car when the driver parked in the apartment complex stayed at the scene and also surrendered to police.
