State Senate Passes Bruce's Beach Bill

A bill to return a scenic and valuable parcel of Manhattan Beach land to the descendants of a Black couple who once operated a beach resort there was unanimously approved today by the state Senate. Angie Crouch reports for the NBC4 News on Thursday, June 3, 2021.
