Topanga Canyon remains closed indefinitely

After the unprecedented amount of rain left the soil on the hillside of Topanga Canyon Boulevard unstable, Caltrans officials fear the conditions could worse with the incoming storm. NBCLA’s Macy Jenkins reports on March 27, 2024.
