Vandals Caught on Camera Targeting Car and Driveway of LA City Council President Nury Martinez

Vandals were seen on surveillance video outside the Sun Valley home of the president of the LA City Council, Nury Martinez, pouring some type of liquid on her car and then leaving a mark on the driveway pavement. John Cádiz Klemack reports for the NBC4 News on Friday, June 4, 2021.
