Man Arrested in Case of Missing Utah Student From SoCal

Neighbors said the suspect may have been burning something in his backyard, and after investigators found human female tissue and personal items, he was arrested on suspicion of murder and kidnapping. Jonathan Gonzalez reports for the NBC4 News at 11 a.m. June 28, 2019.
