Man Exonerated in Deadly Faulty Brakes Crash

The driver of a car once charged in a deadly crashed that killed a mother and her two daughters is now teaming up with the mother’s family in a lawsuit. Both parties are now suing Nissan because the man’s car was part of a vehicle model whose brakes were not working properly.
