Detectives were searching for the shooter who killed a man in Bell early Thursday morning, authorities said.
The shooting was reported around 3:30 a.m. in the 6200 block of Riverside Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Deputies arrived at the scene and found a man dead.
Investigators believe the victim was involved in an altercation with a man on a bicycle. The victim was shot near an alley and found dead inside a nearby garage.
