Artist Gifts Portrait to Family of Shooting Victim

Artist Tramond Spencer was moved by a photo shared on social media of Robert Godwin, the man killed in a live video posted on Facebook, that he decided to create a portrait that captured Godwin’s spirit. When he shared the portrait online, Godwin’s family saw it and wanted to know who painted the piece.
