Atlanta Crash Caught on Surveillance Video

Surveillance video has been released showing the crash between a tractor-trailer and a passenger car in Atlanta, Georgia. The accident led to a major chemical spill on the highway. Gallons of hazardous chemicals were spilled onto the downtown connector. The truck driver had a suspended license and the driver of the car was cited with improper stopping in a roadway.
