Bay Area Park Visitors Feeling Shutdown's Impact

The ongoing federal government shutdown has left national parks in the Bay Area understaffed. Part of Fort Point in San Francisco, for instance, is closed off. But at Point Reyes in Marin County, it’s wide open, though without some of the usual conveniences. Scott Budman reports.
