Car Hits Police Cruiser Narrowly Missing Cop

A police video from Texas proves the rules of the road are there for a reason. While Abilene police officer Mary Guitar was talking to the driver of the pickup truck another vehicle slammed into her police cruiser — narrowly missing her. Luckily no one was injured in the mishap. The Abilene Police Department is using this as an opportunity to remind motorists that Texas State Law — and several other states — require drivers to slow down and move over when they see an emergency vehicle.
